Your Responsibilities:

· Undertake responsive and routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

The successful candidate will have:

· A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in a relevant trade or equivalent

· A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)

· Full, UK driving licence
