We're seeking a skilled Service Architect to join our client's professional services team. As a Service Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in providing IT Service Management, Design, and Architecture consultancy services to our clients, both internal and external.
What You'll Do:
Advocate for service management and related processes within the organization, operating within ITIL frameworks and in accordance with ISO2000 standards.
Offer consultancy services in IT Service Management to various stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
Handle negotiation and renegotiation of customer contracts pertaining to IT Service Management, encompassing service models, SLAs/KPIs, and service recognition schemes.
Develop and manage service descriptions across IT Services teams.
Contribute to cost model development, cost modeling, and new business governance.
Lead the design of IT Service Management services, considering commercial drivers, customer requirements, contractual agreements, and service operations.
Act as a liaison between delivery and operational teams to ensure services meet contractual and commercial obligations.
Ideally you'd have:
At least 5 years experience with hands on Service Architecture.
A history of working within the banking and finance sector.
Experience working consultancy-side with large enterprise end-client stakeholders.
