Community Nurse in East Hanningfield - Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd

We are looking for a Community Nurse in Essex to join a nationally recognised specialist provider, this full-time nursing position offers a salary up to £36500 per annum, a company car or car allowance of £4877, paid milage and more.
In this Community Nurse role you will be covering Chelmsford, Colchester and Southend-on-Sea, you'll be working for one of the biggest partners to the NHS, mainly focusing on IV therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will oversee a caseload of approximately 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of education and clinical care and making a difference in patients' lives every single day.
To apply for this Homecare Nurse role, you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN. Additional qualifications include:
Full UK driving licence
Experience within the acute setting and competent in the administration of IV treatments
Experience in community-based work is desirable but not essential
