Property Loss Adjuster Opportunity - Field Based - North West

Position: Property Loss Adjuster Location: Remote, based in and around the North West of England
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £28,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car and benefits package
Role Overview:
Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to ascertain the cause and extent of insurance claims.
Prioritise empathy and personalized care for each customer, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the claims process.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards while handling sensitive information.
Gather accurate information through investigations, supported by detailed documentation and evidence.
Utilise your expertise to make informed decisions regarding policy liability, quantum, and risk management.
Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved, ensuring a seamless and successful claims resolution.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional technical expertise and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential: Experience in property claims insurance.
Proven track record of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
CII/CILA qualification or willingness to work towards it.
