Exiting new opportunity for a Cabinet Maker to join a well-established Royal Warrant holding company!

Position: Full-time, Permanent, 8-hour Shifts.

Salary: A competitive salary of up to £40k per year

Our client, an esteemed and privately held furniture manufacturing firm, specializes in both bespoke and standard furniture pieces, catering to high-end residential spaces with designs that span from the modern to the classical. This role demands a proactive and self-assured individual, capable of managing projects autonomously or as a member of a team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work within strict deadlines.

Required Experience:

- A background in BESPOKE carpentry or joinery is advantageous.

- Proficiency in roof, assemble, heavy lifting, hand tools, fabricate, electrical, masonry, power tools, plumb, and carpentry techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting as required

- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to always adhere to them

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Measure, cut, and shape wood pieces according to specifications

- Assemble cabinets using various hand tools and power tools

- Install cabinets in designated areas, ensuring proper fit and alignment

- Apply finishes, such as varnish or paint, to cabinets

- Repair or replace damaged cabinets or furniture pieces

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
