Exiting new opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established Practice of Chartered Architects.

Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: A competitive salary of up to £45k per year

Required Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field

-Proficiency in software programs such as SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and MicroStation

-Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes

-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs.

-Create detailed drawings, schematics, and models using software such as SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and AutoCAD

-Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including specifications and material lists.

-Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans.

-Review and analyse building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance.

-Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase to address any design issues or changes.

-Assist in the coordination of project schedules and timelines.
