Job Title: SSSTS Working Supervisor / CSCS Site Worker**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking experienced SSSTS Working Supervisor and a CSCS Site Worker to join our clients team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and participating in various site works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Both roles require individuals with a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Site Supervision:** Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, project schedules, and quality standards.

2. **Hands-On Work:** Participate in site works alongside team members, performing tasks related to construction, installation, and maintenance as required.

3. **Training Compliance:** Maintain up-to-date training cards, including IPAF, MEWP, and Confined Space certifications. Assistance can be provided to obtain these if necessary.

4. **Water Works Experience:** Demonstrate experience in both clean and dirty water works, including installation, repair, and maintenance activities.

5. **Pipework Expertise:** Possess extensive pipework experience with various materials such as PVC, Ductile, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel.

6. **Steel Work Experience:** Familiarity with structural steel works, access platforms, and handrailing installations.

7. **Blueprint Reading:** Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of project specifications.

8. **Flexibility:** Willingness to work away from home as required, with occasional overnight stays.

9. **Local Availability:** Ideally based locally to facilitate the formation of a new team.

10. **Company Vehicle:** Provided for work-related travel and transportation of equipment and materials.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Valid SSSTS or CSCS certification.

- Extensive experience in site work within the construction or related industry.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.

- Full driving license.
