KS2 Teacher in Broxbourne - Tradewind Recruitment

Urgent opportunity for an experienced KS2 teacher - interviews and trial days being arranged now!

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary academy in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, seeking a confident and committed Year 3 Teacher to join the school from 2 November 2026 on a full-time, one-term temporary contract.

The school has a strong focus on pupil wellbeing, achievement and inclusion, with a supportive leadership team and collaborative staff culture. This is a great opportunity for a teacher looking to join a well-resourced primary setting where they can make a real difference.

The successful teacher will take responsibility for a small Year 3 class, supported by both a Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant.

The class includes pupils with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Global Developmental Delay, so previous experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential.

• QTS and experience teaching in KS2
• Strong experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Knowledge of Autism and Global Developmental Delay
• Confident with classroom management and behaviour
• Able to differentiate lessons effectively
• Nurturing, patient and inclusive teaching approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to supporting pupil progress and engagement

Salary: M1-UPS3 London Fringe - £35,602-£54,328
