We are recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join a large social housing project working with the Housing Association, on an initial 3-month temp basis.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
You will have flexibility to work from home, but there is field work involved, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Your new role
You'll join as a Tenant Liaison Officer supporting the accelerated delivery of EICRs across Manchester. Your focus is simple: get access arranged, keep customers informed, and unblock historic no-access cases.
You'll split your time between home, office and the field - calling residents, coordinating with contractors, issuing and hand-delivering letters, and attending joint access visits.
You'll work closely with housing colleagues, capture customer needs, support vulnerable residents and keep a clear evidence trail so compliance deadlines are met.
