Purchase Ledger Clerk in London - Robert Half

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Production Company in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for 12 months on a fixed term basis.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Financial Analyst to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Daily posting and allocations of invoices (on to PMI accounts system)
• Weekly BACS runs
• Fortnightly creditor account reconciliations
• Review and cleanup of the creditor ledgers with Payables Manager
• Post down fortnightly bank rec items
  General ad-hoc duties
• Basic Excel and IT skills
• Experience using Finance system PMI is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create working relationships at all levels
• Ability to cope in a busy work environment
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Attention to detail
• Proactive with enthusiasm to learn
• Reliable and hard working

Profile:

The successful interim Purchase Ledger Clerk will have 1-2 years experience.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This role is paying between £29k-£33k Pro rata (DOE)
