Employment Tax Assistant Manager in London - Morgan McKinley

A Big 4 Firm is searching for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their nationwide Employer Solutions team. This position is ideally based in their London office, but can be located out of core offices across the UK.

Responsibilities in this position:

• Advise corporate clients of varying sizes (FTSE/AIM/SMEs etc) with their employment tax and reward matters
• Handle compliance matters including employment status, end of year reporting, CIS, reward and benefits, CJRS, NMW and payroll compliance issues
• Managing communication with client side and external contacts
• Supporting leadership with technical projects, research and business development initiatives
• Support junior colleagues with complex matters and in their training & development - strengthening your own soft skills in the meantime

Your experience:

• ATT, CTA or ACA qualified (may consider finalists, study support is available)
• Can demonstrate broad Employment Tax knowledge
• Collaborator, clear communicator, and concise in delivering advice
