We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and highly regarded surveying firm covering the South London area.

Due to increased business levels, this is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified Surveyor looking to join a supportive business offering remote working, excellent earning potential and genuine career progression. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London
• Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
• Complete Red Book Valuations
• Produce accurate, professional reports in accordance with RICS standards
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification
• Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, organised and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
