Roofing Surveyor + Company Car in Glasgow - FindCore

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established roofing and building services company with the recruitment of a Roofing Surveyor.

Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + 1% commission + company van and fuel card

Key Responsibilities

• Attend residential and commercial roofing surveys.
• Diagnose roofing defects and recommend suitable repairs.
• Measure and photograph proposed works.
• Produce clear scopes of work and accurate quotations.
• Price labour, materials, scaffolding and waste requirements.
• Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into sales.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams throughout the process.
• Keep survey, quotation and CRM records up to date.
• Provide clear handovers for confirmed projects.
• Work towards agreed quotation and sales targets.

Skills & Experience

• Strong roofing knowledge.
• Previous roofing, surveying or estimating experience.
• Confident dealing directly with customers.
• Good commercial awareness and pricing ability.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence required.
