we're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented People Operations Assistant to join a growing People team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator, People Coordinator, or Payroll Administrator looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll support HR administration, payroll activities, benefits administration, compliance processes, and wider people initiatives while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities ? Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
? Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.

? Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other people-related documentation.

? Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the People Team inbox.

? Support monthly payroll administration and liaise with outsourced payroll providers.

? Assist with employee benefits and pension administration.

? Support compliance, audit documentation, and employment law updates.

? Contribute to process improvement projects and wider operational initiatives.

About You We're looking for someone who has:
• Previous experience within HR Administration, People Operations, or Payroll Administration.

• Experience supporting joiners, movers, and leavers processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working within a regulated environment (preferred).

• Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob and payroll platforms such as SD Worx (desirable).

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
