London (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | Up to £54,000 + £8,000 bonus + additional company performance bonus

You will work on a diverse range of projects, helping organisations answer complex commercial, public sector, and location-based questions through data.

You will join a collaborative Analytics team that works closely with senior stakeholders across multiple engagements.

The Role

You will work as a Senior Associate within the Data & Analytics function, supporting a variety of client projects and delivering high-impact analytical solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using SQL and Python to analyse large and complex datasets
  • Delivering location and demographic analysis to support strategic recommendations
  • Building clear and insightful data visualisations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Working across projects in both public and private sector environments
  • Collaborating with consultants, analysts, and senior leaders to deliver client outcomes
  • Presenting findings confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience using SQL for data analysis
  • Experience working with Python for data manipulation, analytics, or modelling
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly and confidently
  • Experience delivering insights that support business or strategic decision-making
  • Strong academic background with a degree from a leading university preferred
