P2P SAP S4 Project Coordinator in London - Cedar

Role Summary

The P2P SAP S4 Project Coodinator will support the Solution Lead in the day to day reporting and management of the Procure-to-Pay Transformation Programs. The role will be responsible for coordinating program activities, maintaining governance and reporting, tracking risks, UAT defect status, dependencies, and actions, and ensuring alignment across project teams, system integrators, and functional workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Lead with day-to-day coordination and execution of the P2P transformation roadmap.
• Maintain integrated project plans across all sub-projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked and communicated.
• Manage program actions, risks and issues ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Consolidate status updates from project leads and prepare weekly and monthly program reporting packs.
• Support the Solutions Lead in testing, cut-over, training, change management, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure project documentation, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and governance artefacts are maintained and up to date.
• Drive follow-up of actions and commitments to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, governance processes, and reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and collaboration tools such as Teams, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
