We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Senior Receptionist to join a prestigious corporate environment in Central London, providing an exceptional front-of-house service to clients, visitors and employees.
As the Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished and professional first impression. You will take the lead in day-to-day front-of-house operations, support service standards across the team and work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless visitor and meeting experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist who is confident leading a front-of-house function and is passionate about delivering a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and professionally greet all guests, visitors and employees, acting as the main point of contact for front-of-house enquiries.
  • Provide an exceptional, five-star level of customer and guest service at all times.
  • Escort VIP guests to meeting rooms and ensure an elevated level of service throughout their visit.
  • Take the lead in daily front-of-house operations, ensuring the reception function operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage the reception inbox, responding promptly and appropriately to enquiries.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a senior reception, front-of-house or people management role is essential.
  • Experience working on a reception desk within a busy, professional corporate environment.
  • Proven experience leading or managing a front-of-house or reception team
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, visitors, colleagues and stakeholders.
