Based in Nutley (you must be a car drive due to the location of the role) – hybrid one day per week at home once probation is passed

£28,000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Utilities Administrator to join an established technology business in the Nutley area on a permanent basis.

As part of the Utilities team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly utility recharges, providing administrative support to the team, and liaising closely with the outsourced service provider to ensure efficient operations. The role involves maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders involved in utility management, supporting collaboration across teams, and contributing to the development and improvement of processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Your duties will include:

• Obtain key information and prepare monthly re-charge spreadsheets
• Process utility supplier invoices on payment systems
• Monitor payments and review debt reports and liaise with suppliers
• Monitoring and answering any queries from colleagues and customers
• Providing progress reports to management
• Have a direct contact with Consultants and Service Providers to follow up on information to be provided and ensure timely reporting
• Liaise directly with FM’s and Surveyors to obtain information
• Support the team in the validation of utility invoices
• Work with the wider team to provide reports
• Liaise with third party providers to obtain information for the operational management and re-charge of utilities

Key requirements:

• Ideally you will have experience of working within an administrative role
• A high level of accuracy is required for this role
• You must be a good communicator
• A driver and car owner is essential
