Job Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Person / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time PAYE basis.

This hands-on role involves undertaking property maintenance across residential and commercial sites in London and High Wycombe. You will work within a professional property management and maintenance team, delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance
• Basic gardening duties
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry tasks
• Roof repairs and inspections
• Ensuring all work areas are left clean and tidy
• Assisting with removals as required
• Using company tools and equipment responsibly
• Reporting issues promptly and following management guidance

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Strong time management skills and reliability
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Professional approach with excellent attention to detail
