Job Description

My prestigious financial service client is seeking an experienced C# / .NET Developer to design, develop and support high-performance applications across Risk Management and/or Securities Lending platforms. You will work closely with quants, risk managers, business analysts and product owners to deliver scalable solutions in a regulated financial-services environment.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain C# / .NET applications supporting Risk or Securities Lending platforms
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Build scalable, testable and maintainable solutions
  • Support risk, exposure, limits and reporting workflows
  • Work with large data sets and high-throughput systems
  • Participate in technical design, code reviews and production support
  • Collaborate with Risk, Front Office, Operations and Compliance teams

What you'll bring:

  • Strong C# and modern .NET experience
  • Excellent OOP and software-design skills
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON and SQL databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
  • Hands on with messaging technologies (e.g. Kafka)
  • Experience in front to back trading or financing systems
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to risk and regulatory methodologies such as: RWA (Risk Weighted Assets); CCAR or Basel III / Basel IV frameworks are highly beneficial
