Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day

Job Overview:
Looking for a rewarding role in education? Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for full-time, long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Wandsworth. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students who may experience behavioural, emotional or social challenges, helping them develop positive behaviours, confidence and engagement with education. You will work closely with teachers and wider school staff to provide effective support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
* Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring where required.
* Work closely with teachers and wider school staff.

Requirements:
* Experience supporting children or young people is desirable.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A patient, calm and supportive approach.
* Confident managing challenging behaviour.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
