Executive Assistant / PA to Founding Partner
Salary: £65,000 + Profit Share (currently 20%)
Location: Office-based, 5 days per week
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (paid overtime available)
The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a highly successful Founder. This is a pivotal role for a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the trusted right-hand support to a dynamic executive.
Working at the heart of the business, you will be responsible for ensuring the professional life runs seamlessly, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and playing a key role in the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive and proactive diary management, ensuring maximum efficiency and organisation.
- Acting as the primary point of support and trusted right-hand person.
- Coordinating and overseeing the activities of PAs supporting the wider business.
- Managing significant volumes of correspondence, emails, and dictation.
- Monitoring and managing both business and private email accounts where appropriate.
- Supporting rapid delegation and decision-making processes on behalf of the founding partner.
- Providing executive support outside of standard office hours when required.
- Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO's office and priorities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a true 1:1 Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant capacity.
- The ability to work at pace and remain calm under pressure.
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work.
- Previous experience within a legal or litigation environment, or a strong understanding of litigation, would be highly advantageous.
