Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 + up to 20% bonus + pension contribution up to 15% + annual reward scheme

  • Support the annual executive reward cycle and global share plan events, coordinating with Tax, Legal, Mobility, external advisors, and plan administrators
  • Produce executive shareholding reports and reward analytics for governance, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Draft employee facing share plan communications and manage online content updates

Essential experience and qualifications

  • Global share plans experience (for example LTIP, SIP, SAYE, RSUs) and hands on involvement in annual plan cycles
  • Reward related tax experience, including working with tax concepts, regulations, and advisor input
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail (comfortable working with large datasets)
  • Degree in Maths, Science, or Economics
  • Strong written communication skills, including producing clear employee facing content

  • Executive compensation experience, including benchmarking and/or remuneration disclosure analysis
