• Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
• Assisting with pitch and proposal preparation
• Coordinating events, invitations, and RSVP management
• Maintaining CRM data and marketing databases
• Managing invoices, budgets, and administrative processes
• Coordinating meetings, training sessions, and team activities
• Organising marketing collateral and digital assets

• 2+ years' experience in marketing, business development, events, or a related field
• Professional services, legal, or B2B marketing experience preferred
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
