• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group academic support across key secondary subjects (KS3 & KS4).
• Assist subject teachers with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning space.
• Help students understand pre-set coursework and break down complex subject material.
• Keep disengaged or distracted students focused and on task during lessons.
• Support pupils with organisation, time management, and study habits in the classroom.
• Circulate during whole-class teaching to offer quiet reassurance and extra guidance where needed.
• Act as a reliable, encouraging presence to boost student confidence during critical school years.
