Key RequirementsEssential UK Experience: Proven, recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Early Years Practitioner within a UK EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception class).
Early Years Curriculum Knowledge: Clear understanding of the UK EYFS statutory framework, including learning through play and tracking developmental milestones.
Safeguarding & Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
Core Skills: Strong proactive engagement, effective behaviour management in early years, and a warm, approachable personality.
