Are you an Engineering Manager or Supervisor with an Electrical or Electronics engineering background from a manufacturing environment, looking to join a well-established company in a highly autonomous leadership role?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled engineering team within a modern manufacturing facility, where you'll have responsibility for driving engineering performance, overseeing maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. There is also genuine scope for future progression within the business.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day engineering function, managing a team of engineers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. You'll oversee planned preventative maintenance, coordinate engineering projects, and promote high standards of health and safety across the site. Experience managing electrical systems, motors, pumps and industrial equipment would be advantageous.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Supervisor with an Electrical or Electronics engineering background, who has experience within manufacturing and is looking to join a stable, growing business in a key leadership position.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of engineers within a manufacturing environment

• Manage planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns and engineering projects

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure high health & safety standards

The Person:

• Engineering management or supervisory experience within manufacturing (essential)

• Electrical or Electronics engineering background

• Commutable to Sutton
