Are you a Contracts Manager with experience managing EICR, electrical testing, or inspection and testing contracts across social housing, public sector, or regulated residential sites?

On offer is a senior role within a well-established Electrical Contractor delivering electrical testing, inspection, rewiring, and remedial works across London and the Southeast.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of a major EICR contract, covering communal and domestic testing, inspection, certification, remedial works, rewires, KPIs, SLAs, compliance, budgets, reporting, and client relationships.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager from an electrical testing, EICR, inspection and testing, social housing, or public sector background, looking to take ownership of a high-value contract with long-term progression.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of EICR, electrical testing, rewiring, and remedial works
• Oversee communal and domestic inspection programmes, certification, compliance, and access arrangements
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, budgets, reporting, P&L, Health & Safety, and client relationships
• Lead supervisors, approved electricians, testing engineers, administrators, and subcontracted teams
• Hybrid role covering Hertford, London, and the Southeast

The Person:

• Contracts Manager or similar
• Background managing EICR, electrical testing, inspection and testing, or social housing contracts
• Approved Electrician with City & Guilds 2391 and 18th Edition
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, budgets, compliance, teams, and domestic access programmes
• Commutable to Hertford and able to cover London and the Southeast
