Job Description

Business Change Manager - Milton Keynes (Contract)

Organisational Change · Stakeholder Engagement · Transformation Delivery

Are you someone who brings structure, clarity and confidence to organisations navigating change? We're looking for a Business Change Manager to lead and embed change initiatives across the business, ensuring teams are supported, risks are managed, and benefits are fully realised.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact - shaping how the organisation adapts, evolves and strengthens its capability to deliver change.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll take ownership of shaping and delivering business change strategies that support a wide range of organisational initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing structured change management strategies
  • Working with stakeholders to understand the organisational impact of change and shaping plans to address it
  • Creating and maintaining robust change management documentation, including communication, training and engagement plans
  • Partnering with leaders to identify, assess and prioritise change initiatives
  • Facilitating workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings to build understanding and readiness
  • Tracking change progress through defined metrics and reporting updates to stakeholders
Who we're looking for

You'll be a confident change practitioner who understands how people, processes and technology intersect - and how to guide an organisation through that journey with clarity and empathy.

Essential experience:

  • Proven background in business change management or organisational development
  • Strong understanding of change management principles (Prosci or similar is ideal)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Ability to structure, plan and deliver change activities in complex environments

Why this role?

It's a chance to play a central role in shaping how the organisation navigates ongoing change - bringing together people, process and communication to deliver meaningful, long-lasting impact. You'll have real ownership, strong visibility and the ability to help the organisation become more adaptable and resilient. If interested, apply now!
