Teaching Personnel Plymouth is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in the Plymouth area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development while benefiting from flexible working arrangements.

The Role:
  • Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Providing classroom and SEN support where required
  • Assisting children with additional learning and behavioural needs
  • Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapting confidently to different school settings and year groups
Requirements:
  • Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
  • SEN experience or knowledge is advantageous
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be available to work between 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
