Are you an experienced support worker looking to move into education and use your skills in a structured, rewarding environment?
We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across specialist SEN and SEMH schools in Gloucester (GL1, GL2 and GL19). These are long-term, full-time roles supporting children and young people with additional needs, offering a clear pathway into education with ongoing training and career development.
Your experience supporting individuals with complex needs, behavioural challenges or mental health will be highly valued in these settings.
The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to feel settled, safe and engaged in school.
You will work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting behaviour, routines and learning throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
