Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a highly specialised and nurturing through-school supporting children and young people aged 3–19 . The setting supports pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and provides a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where learning is tailored to meet individual needs .
Pupils may have complex physical, medical, sensory, and communication needs, and the school places a strong emphasis on care, dignity, wellbeing, and inclusion . Staff work closely as a supportive, multidisciplinary team to help every pupil thrive at each stage of their educational journey. We are currently seeking flexible supply Teaching Assistants who are passionate about SEN and eager to make a meaningful difference in a care-led educational setting .
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant in a PMLD setting, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex physical, medical, sensory, and learning needs . Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and able to engage with their daily learning and care routines.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
