• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
• Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion to ensure high-quality delivery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Support and mentor senior managers and audit teams
• Contribute to the firm’s growth through business development activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and drive business growth
