Overview

Join one of BDO's fastest-growing teams within our Global Business Services (GBS) division, part of the Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO) stream. GBS works with a diverse portfolio of complex, multinational clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, real estate and financial services, delivering high-quality outsourced accounting, payroll and compliance solutions worldwide.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Service Delivery Executive to support our continued growth and enhance the client experience. Working closely with a senior leadership team of Partners and Directors, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating service delivery across a portfolio of international clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Based in our Bristol office, this role offers the opportunity to be hands-on, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a real impact. You'll be expected to work in the office at least three days per week as part of a highly engaged and supportive team.

You'll be someone with:

• Client service co-ordination experience, ideally in Professional or Financial Services
• Experience of working with international clients/businesses
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and overseas service providers
• Proactivity and ability to manage and prioritise work
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of balancing multiple deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously
