Class Teacher in Lancaster - Spencer Clarke Group

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Class Teacher to join a supportive SEN school in the Lancaster area. Applications are welcome from teachers of all backgrounds and levels of experience. QTS is ideal but not essential, and we are keen to hear from individuals with a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.

The role includes:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEN needs

• Creating a calm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

• Supporting pupils with EHCPs, SEMH, ASD, and additional learning needs

• Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider support teams

• Promoting positive behaviour, well-being, and independence
