Immediate Vacancy: Teaching Assistant (TA) - Reception | Hemel Hempstead

Full-Time Position | £18,200 - £20,100 per annum | Weekly Pay | Tradewind Recruitment

You'll be working closely with the class teacher and a highly experienced TA, providing essential classroom support from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support within a Reception classroom
• Assist the teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
• Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs
• Contribute to a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom setting
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Take an active role in the wider school community

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a childcare setting
• Background in Nursery or Early Years education is highly desirable
• A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A genuine interest in supporting young children's development
