Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Hemel Hempstead - Academics

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and leading whole class sessions when required

• Running targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress

• Working closely with class teachers to plan and prepare engaging learning activities

• Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Previous experience working within a primary school setting

• Strong classroom management skills

• A proactive and flexible approach

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
