The Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, both in-store and across phone and email channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, thoughtful and confident service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions

• Develop a strong understanding of the brand strategy and current product range

• Maintain awareness of new products, styles, fits and fabric qualities

• Confidently assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations

• Provide tactful and authoritative styling and product advice

• Professionally manage customer sales, returns, store transfers and deliveries in line with company procedures

• Handle delicate or sensitive customer issues with care and professionalism
