Our client, a busy and well-established main dealership, is looking to recruit an ambitious Service Reception Team Leader to support their Aftersales department and elevate the front-of-house customer experience.

The Role

As a Service Reception Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Service Advisors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service reception and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with senior management to drive performance, improve processes, and support wider departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Monitor team performance and drive consistent results
  • Support the Aftersales Manager with departmental objectives
  • Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Drive upsell opportunities and maximise revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within a Service Reception / Service Advisor role
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • A genuine ambition to progress into a Service Manager position
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
  • Saturdays: 1 in 2 (1 in 3 negotiable), 08:00 – 13:00
  • Saturdays paid in addition to basic salary
