SEMH Teaching Assistant - Secondary Provision
£22-23k | 8:30am-4:15pm | Monday-Friday

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary setting supporting learners with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

This role requires patience, consistency, and confidence in managing challenging behaviours within a structured educational environment.

Key Duties:

• 1:1 mentoring and classroom support

• Implementing behaviour support plans

• Supporting emotional regulation strategies

• Promoting engagement and academic progress

Due to limited public transport links, applicants should ideally have access to a car.
