As Corporate Tax Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing complex tax matters while contributing to the strategic growth of the firm’s tax function.

Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you will manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger corporate groups. The role offers genuine scope to shape client strategy, deliver high-level corporate tax planning advice, and mentor a talented team of tax professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional seeking progression within a supportive and commercially focused Chartered Accountants firm in Truro.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a range of industries
  • Reviewing and preparing corporate tax computations and returns
  • Providing corporate tax advisory services
  • Supporting Partners with business development initiatives
  • Leading, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior tax staff
  • Ensuring compliance with UK corporate tax legislation and HMRC regulations
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
  • Proven experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
