The Role:
Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sales and purchase ledgers, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounts

• Reconciling bank statements and ledgers

• Supporting payroll and VAT submissions

• Preparing accurate financial records and reports for management

• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required

About You:
We're looking for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally handling sales and purchase ledgers

• A good understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Motivation to learn and develop within the finance function
