PPA Cover Teacher - ECT in Manchester - Prospero Teaching

As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups to cover teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time. You will ensure continuity of learning while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and engagement.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different classes and abilities.

• Follow school policies and routines consistently.

• Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil progress and behaviour.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.

• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.

• Strong classroom management and flexibility.

• Ability to engage pupils quickly and effectively.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
