Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - South Manchester
Pay: £103.95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Assist the class teacher with differentiated learning activities

• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

• Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Observe pupil progress and report back to teaching staff

Requirements:

• A recent graduate (Education, Psychology, Childhood Studies, or related fields preferred but not essential)

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
