Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Secretary on behalf of our client based in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site position working 8:30am-4:30pm, initially offered as a six-month contract with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and clinic schedules while acting as the first point of contact for patients and enquiries.
  • Prepare and process clinical correspondence, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team and liaise with clinical staff and external providers to support patient care.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and maintain a professional, detail-focused approach.
