A well-established organisation within the utilities sector is looking for a Technical Team Support professional to join their operations team. This role supports the day-to-day running of a busy technical and field-based environment, ensuring technical and metering data is accurate and work activities are processed efficiently.

• Supporting the technical team with daily queries and operational tasks
• Monitoring system queries and raising work orders
• Updating technical databases and CRM records
• Supporting field staff and assisting with fault investigations
• Processing workflows within agreed SLAs
• Providing updates relating to technical queries and appointments

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a technical, utilities, or operational environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with good IT skills, including Excel
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is advantageous
