Role: Receptionist / Front of House
Location: Takeley, Essex

Full Vision is looking for a confident Receptionist / Front of House professional to join our team and become the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and keeping an office running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Your role will be at the heart of the office, helping everything run seamlessly.
Day-to-day you’ll be:
- Welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments for client meetings
- Keeping the reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces tidy and professional
- Ordering office supplies and keeping stock levels organised
- Handling deliveries, post, and general office coordination
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks when needed
What we're looking for

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Experienced in reception, front of house, or office support roles
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
Nice to have but not essential:
- Smartsheets knowledge
- Awareness of ISO standards
