  • Produce, process, and issue insurance documentation such as quotations, MRCs, endorsements, and debit/credit notes.

  • Ensure all documentation meets FCA, internal company, and London Market compliance standards.

  • Process premiums, APs, and RPs in accordance with agreed terms and market procedures.

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and finance teams to resolve premium and accounting queries efficiently.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of bordereaux where required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placements, premiums, and bordereaux.

  • Support compliance obligations under the AR framework and internal governance standards.

  • Contribute to reporting and data analysis to support management information and board reporting.

  • Solid understanding of London Market processes and documentation standards.

  • Experience with broking systems (e.g., Whitespace).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • A proactive team player who aligns with the company's values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.

  • Be instrumental in developing and strengthening a growing US Casualty platform in London.

  • Collaborate closely with experienced brokers and senior leadership to deliver outstanding results.
