Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
As our Event Coordinator, you will:

• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on various administrative duties
• Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers
• Assist with travel arrangements for brokers, including visa processes
• Support brokers with clerical and administrative tasks
• Help manage the signatures of important documents
• Coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
• Attend meetings and document notes with precision
• Maintain the company address book for smooth communication
• Prebook meeting rooms and arrange refreshments �?
• Handle courier dispatches and receipts

Essential Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ??
• Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in office software packages

Personal Attributes and Experience:

• Previous experience organising global events up to 400+ attendees
• Discretion and trustworthiness are essential
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and readiness to learn
• Flexibility to adapt and grow in the role �?
