I am currently partnering with a Leading Workplace Pension Provider on two senior opportunities in their Business Development team. • Two roles available: Business Development Director and Business Development Manager , both focused on new business growth in workplace pensions.
• Engage directly with key Employee Benefit Consultants and Corporate Advisers to position the organisation as a provider of choice.

• Fully remote working arrangements available as part of an established, collaborative team.

• For the Director role: Strong network, proven track record in complex new business acquisition, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• For the Manager role: Hands-on experience in business development and client engagement within DC pensions, with clear potential to grow.
• For both roles: Strong understanding of UK workplace pensions, confident communication skills, and a credible, relationship-driven approach.
